In the spirit of this event, our intention is to make room on campus for grandparents and special friends of Convent & Stuart Hall students. However, if a grandparent or special friend is unable to attend, parents can email grandparents-day@sacredsf.org to inquire if there is room available to attend.

Yes, there will be complimentary valet parking services available in front of the Flood Mansion at 2222 Broadway Street.

Please include in your RSVP form what assistance you may require to get around campus. Our team will review your needs and support you upon arrival as best as we can, leading you to appropriate ramps, elevators and easy pathways to get you from place to place.

Guests will check in at the registration area in the lobby of the Flood Mansion (2222 Broadway). You will receive a program with the day’s schedule and be led to a welcome breakfast with opening remarks from our Division Heads and President.

Guests will receive a schedule upon registration, and your student(s) will be your guide throughout the day. If you have any questions, school staff and parent volunteers will be available to assist you and point you in the right direction.

Guests are welcome to arrive late, though we hope you are able to inform us ahead of time by emailing grandparents-day@sacredsf.org, so we can plan accordingly. Please still check in at the registration table in the lobby of the Flood Mansion, and our team will direct you to your student’s scheduled event.

Yes, there will be breakfast and lunch provided for all guests as well as coffee and tea service throughout the day. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will be available.

We are providing lunch for grandparents, special friends and their student(s) on campus, but if you’d prefer to take your student off-campus for lunch, you may do so as long as you follow proper protocols for checking out your student for the day by sending an advanced request to the following email(s):

Please note in your RSVP the names and grades of your students. At registration, you will receive the schedules for each of your students that day, and you are welcome to pop in and out of events to join them at any time. Our team will be happy to direct you to the various classrooms.

This is an open house, so you are welcome to participate in as much or as little as you would like. There will be various activities throughout campus and opportunities to come in and out of events as needed.
