Welcome from Tony Farrell
Thank you for your interest in Stuart Hall High School, a unique educational option for young men in San Francisco – we are the only school in the Bay Area that is single-sex with small classes averaging 12 to 15 students. Our curriculum and classroom experiences are geared specifically to the ways that young men learn best, and our students have the best of both worlds: single sex education in a coed community. Many of our social events and campus activities (clubs, music, and drama) include Convent High School.
In its young history, Stuart Hall has:
- graduated students who are now attending Stanford, Harvard, Columbia, Brown, Cornell, and Berkeley;
- won league championships (BCL titles in soccer, basketball, and baseball) and placed four teams into the North Coast Section Championships (baseball, basketball, golf, and cross-country).
Come and see us for yourself. You are welcome to attend the Open House and to spend half a day with a current student following his class schedule. Applicants are required to spend a morning with a student and also to schedule an interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. The Admissions Office is available to help you and we look forward to welcoming you to our campus!
