College Counseling

The College Counseling office at Stuart Hall High School is a complete college guidance resource for students and their families.  The College Counseling Director teams with students and their families to:

  • facilitate the college admissions process
  • research colleges that will fit student needs
  • complete the application process
  • seek financial aid
  • make a final decision which college to attend.

Highlights of College Counseling at Stuart Hall High School include:

  • weekly college counseling class second semester of junior year and first semester of senior year.
  • individual student meetings with their parents to develop custom college plan
  • scheduled college visits to Stuart Hall to meet students.
  • standardized testing information and counseling on testing options
  • counseling on college essay writing
  • a comprehensive college recommendation for each student
  • information on college financial aid processes and financial advising

The college counseling process is meant to be a natural extension of a student's four years at Stuart Hall High School. We continue to foster each student’s intellectual, spiritual, physical and emotional development that is the core of our unique college preparatory environment.
