College Counseling
The College Counseling office at Stuart Hall High School is a complete college guidance resource for students and their families. The College Counseling Director teams with students and their families to:
- facilitate the college admissions process
- research colleges that will fit student needs
- complete the application process
- seek financial aid
- make a final decision which college to attend.
Highlights of College Counseling at Stuart Hall High School include:
- weekly college counseling class second semester of junior year and first semester of senior year.
- individual student meetings with their parents to develop custom college plan
- scheduled college visits to Stuart Hall to meet students.
- standardized testing information and counseling on testing options
- counseling on college essay writing
- a comprehensive college recommendation for each student
- information on college financial aid processes and financial advising
