The best part of my day is always arriving at school. Mr. Marquette and/or Mr. Farrell are outside ready to greet everyone. I always get a firm handshake, a smile, and a "Good morning, hope you have a great day.

Favorite Subject
I really enjoy Spanish. Spanish class is a lot of fun because not only am I learning Spanish but I am also forced to use and practice the Spanish I know for conversations and presentations. Over the past year, I have noticed huge improvements in my conversational skills and vocabulary because of the activities and projects that we do.

Favorite School Activity
I have loved being a part of the baseball team and the football team during my time so far at Stuart Hall. Not only have I grown close to everyone on both teams, but I have developed a very close relationship with all the coaches. All the players and coaches are extremely supportive and no matter how tired I am, I always look forward to the practices and games.

Favorite School Tradition
One of my favorite school traditions is the Christmas competition we have with faculty and students before we leave for break. The singing of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer without saying "nose" is always fun to partake in and watch. Singing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is always nerve-racking because you are competing against the other grades and faculty and you don't want to be the person in your class who says "nose."

Favorite Space/Classroom on Campus
I find myself spending a lot of time in either Ms. Herbert's room or the Carroll Learning Commons during my free periods or in between classes. Both places are very quiet and a great place to just sit back and do homework in peace or work on a class project.

Best Part of Your Day
The best part of my day is always arriving at school. Mr. Marquette and/or Mr. Farrell are outside ready to greet everyone. I always get a firm handshake, a smile, and a "Good morning, hope you have a great day," which starts my day on a high note and prepares me for the busy day ahead. For me, it's a daily reminder just how close all of the teachers are with their students and how much they look forward to helping us become educated young men.

Favorite School Project
Recently in art class, I worked on a project where I was asked to choose an object, person, or place and draw a point of view of it. I decided to draw my dream baseball field for Stuart Hall with exact measurements only on a much smaller scale. I was very proud of this because not only did the field look realistic but it was great to see my vision come to life on paper and not on a screen.

Benefits of Single-Sex Classes, Co-ed Community
I went to the same co-ed school for nine years and I feel that over those nine years I got a lot better at communication skills because I learned to bond with people who didn't always have the same interests as me. I was also able to get to know all of my classmates a lot better because we attended every class with the same group of people for the whole year. By being at a single-sex school, I am offered a wider variety of activities that I can do that may not have been available to me at a co-ed school such as choir, yearbook or even broadcasting. I also feel very connected to all my classmates because almost all of us have things in common from movies to food and we all get each other's sense of humor so we know what can get a good laugh or spark a good conversation.

Future Career Path/Fields of Interest
I would love to be a professional baseball player or even coach if I have the opportunity. I am also very interested in architecture and designing, which I would be just as happy pursuing.
