Favorite School Tradition
My favorite school tradition is Congé because it gives me an opportunity to bond with students in different grades in a comfortable environment. It is also a nice and unexpected break from our standard schedules.

Favorite Space/Classroom on Campus
My favorite space on campus is the Williams Library because it is a beautiful and quiet workspace. It provides students with necessary resources, like books and laptops, as well as a focused and productive atmosphere.

Best Part of Your Day
I really enjoy attending jazz band practice because it allows me to express my musical interest. I have been playing the drums for eight years and I love that I can practice my passion at school. I am constantly looking forward to the class because the band environment is safe and inclusive. I also appreciate how the class challenges me as I am asked to read and play pieces I have never seen before.

Favorite School Project
I am most proud of my U.S. history research paper because I worked exceptionally hard on making it a product I was satisfied with in the end. I know that I tried my best when writing this paper, and felt accomplished turning it in to the teacher.

Benefits of Single-Sex Classes, Co-ed Community
I found that going to a single-sex school as a freshman benefited me by making me feel comfortable with speaking out in a learning environment. It helped me because I was surrounded by other female students who shared similar views and ideas. I like that most freshmen and sophomores take single-sex classes to situate them, but are pushed outside their comfort zone junior and senior year when faced with the opportunity to take more co-ed classes. Now, as a junior, I enjoy taking co-ed and single-sex classes and feeling comfortable to share my opinions in both.

Future Career Path/Fields of Interest
I currently don't know what profession I want to pursue, but I have an interest in the medical field. I think that the idea of physically helping others sounds appealing, and I feel that the math and science courses I have taken at Convent greatly prepare me for a future in medicine.
