Magic Circle

Magic circle is an opportunity to discuss issues with the kindergarten to third grade girls. The kindergarten girls come in small groups twice a month. The first to third grade girls come once a month. We talk about how to make friends, what to do if you and your friend have a problem (conflict resolution). We discuss how to be safe and what to do if someone tries to grab them (yell, scream and act like a wild person). Sometimes we do activities to build their self esteem. And sometimes they get to play with the toys in my office.
