Tuition for 2016-17 School Year
  • Lower & Middle Form Tuition (Gr. K-8): $29,500
  • High School Tuition: $40,640
Tuition Payment

We offer several tuition payment plans. A 10% tuition deposit is due with the Enrollment Contract, and the balance due may be paid in one of three payment plans outlined below.

Payment Options
  • One payment: Enrollment deposit is due in March. The balance of tuition is due July 1.
  • Two payments: Enrollment deposit is due in March. The remaining tuition balance is payable in two installments with 60% due on July 1 and the remainder due December 1.
  • Ten payments: Enrollment deposit is due in March. The remaining tuition balance is payable in ten monthly installments with the first payment due May 1.
Tuition Assistance

Convent & Stuart Hall is committed to enrolling a student body that represents varied economic backgrounds. Below is a snapshot of our program.

  • Approximately 30% of our students receive tuition assistance with awards ranging from $1,000 to $38,000.
  • Awards are based solely on demonstrated financial need; merit-based awards are not available.
  • All requests for financial assistance and family financial information are evaluated by a committee and held in strict confidence.
  • Applying for financial assistance has no bearing on the admissions decision to Convent & Stuart Hall.
Tuition Assistance Workshop

How to Apply for Tuition Assistance (2017-18 School Year)

January 12, 2017 - Deadline for the Following REQUIRED Information

1. Submit the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS). You may contact School & Student Services (SSS) directly at 800-344-8328 with questions. Our school code is 2590. The fee to submit the PFS is $49.

In the case of divorced or separated parents, each parent is required to submit a PFS; please be careful to use the same format of your student's name for each submission so that the online record will be integrated with all information submitted.

2. Tax Return: Upload (2015) 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ tax returns with all pages and schedules directly to the SSS website. Please DO NOT mail them to the school.

3. W-2/1099: Upload (2015) W-2/1099 directly to the SSS website. Please DO NOT mail them to the school.

4. Business Tax Return: If applicable upload (2015) Schedule K-1 and Forms 1065, 1120 or 1120s directly to the SSS website. Please DO NOT mail them to the school.

February 10, 2017 - Deadline for the Following REQUIRED Information

1. W-2/1099: Upload (2016) W-2/1099 directly to the SSS website. Please DO NOT mail them to the school.

April 15, 2017 - Deadline for the Following REQUIRED Information

1. Tax Return: Upload (2016) 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ tax returns with all pages and schedules directly to the SSS website. Please DO NOT mail them to the school.

2. Business Tax Return: If applicable upload (2016) Schedule K-1 and Forms 1065, 1120 or 1120s directly to the SSS website. Please DO NOT mail them to the school.

Please note that 2016 tax returns and W-2(s) must be submitted by the deadlines for you to remain eligible for your financial assistance award. If you have filed an extension for your tax return, please contact our Enrollment Management Director, Jen Butler, directly.
