Mark Tellini
, Chair of the Board

Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, The Charles Schwab Corporation.

  • Previous work: Joined Schwab as chief counsel to the capital markets unit and had held various legal and strategic roles with the company. Served as Counsel to the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington; member of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Stock Exchange; director of CHX Holdings, Inc.

Todd Chapman

President & CEO of JMA Ventures LLP, a full-service investment and development firm focusing on real estate and leisure-lifestyle assets.

Ed Conlon

Vice President, Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company, which assists the nation’s premier companies and institutions to develop landmark structures and quality interior spaces throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley and Southern California. The recently completed SF Jazz Center is one such project.

Nora Gibson

Partner, Perkins Coie LLP, specializing in corporate securities and corporate governance representation. Lead attorney on more than 100 initial public and follow-on offerings, primarily by growth-oriented technology and biotechnology companies. In her role as corporate legal counselor, she advises in such areas as board matters, private and public company stock administration issues, debt and equity financings for private and public companies, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, and SEC compliance.

Sean Jeffries

Dr. Ann Marie Krejcarek

President of Convent & Stuart Hall since 2012; member of the Board of the Network of Sacred Heart Schools.
  • Previous work: Headmaster, Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton, Florida, for five years, and Assistant Headmaster of the JK-12 Episcopal school for a decade before that. She previously taught high school physics, and began her career in food science.

Nancy Morris, RSCJ

Co-chaplain to the Serra Club; retired teacher and administrator; editor Oakwood Community newsletter.

  • Previous work: President, San Diego College for Women, which she helped to merge into the University of San Diego; U.S. Provincial of the Society of the Sacred Heart; longtime Director of Sacred Heart Schools in Atherton, California; teacher, administrator and fundraiser at Convent High School in San Francisco; worked in PR and development at the San Jose Family Shelter and the Josephinum School (now a Sacred Heart school) in Chicago.

Roger Wu, MD

Child and adolescent psychiatrist with the City and County of San Francisco, working with abused and traumatized children in foster care and emergency assessment, as well in the Chinatown clinic system. Volunteer clinical faculty at UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute.
